Admin: list provisioned numbers for the API key partner. Without organization_id, returns all numbers under organizations whose accounts belong to this partner. With organization_id, optionally narrow using scope (defaults to all).
Bearer authentication of the form Bearer <token>, where token is your auth token.
When set, list numbers for this organization only (must belong to the partner).
When organization_id is set: all (includes soft-deleted), excluding_deleted (default), or available_for_voice (not deleted, no voice integration). Ignored when organization_id is omitted. If provided without organization_id, the request is rejected.
